For nearly thirty years the Sanford-Springvale YMCA Titans has provided our youth ages 6-18 a fun-filled positive environment to learn the fundamentals of swimming and challenge themselves to reach their fullest potential.

Our competitive team program provides participants the opportunity to engage in a safe environment focused on our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Through this community focused program our youth are able to set goals and develop skills that enhance their physical, social and emotional wellbeing.

Our Titans program creates a culture of pride and excellence within a team-oriented environment while developing team and individual success at all levels of competition maintaining a high level of training and athletic development.

Competitive swimming is ideal for promoting sportsmanship, building leadership skills and engaging in a healthy life-long pursuit.
