Bunganut Park is located at 224 Brock Road Lyman, ME

Bunganut Lake Canoe

Nestled on the waterfront of Bunganut Pond, this park offers a variety of recreational activities. The shoreline features a large open area for field use, play, and family picnics with wooded trails on either side leading to shady nooks and added swimming areas. The park also features a sandy volleyball court, horseshoe pits, playground, and a large open field. Visitors can travel among a wide expanse of forested trails for more adventure and explore over 100 acres of this natural park. Some trails may be under maintenance. 

With the help of Sanford – Springvale YMCA, the park is staffed and managed during our open season. For information on park passes and hours of operation, check out more information below.

The YMCA does uses a portion of the Park to the left of the field for its Summer Camp programs, generally between the hours of 9am – 5pm on Weekdays, Mon – Fri.

  • No boat ramp is available at the park, but there is a small access area for small boat craft such as canoes or kayaks.

  • There is no lifeguard on duty, visitors swim at your own risk.

  • Pets are not permitted on the park grounds.

  • This is a carry in, carry out facility. Please remove all trash as you leave, thank you.
