Summer Programs are here at the Y! Try something new this summer. Some of our favorites include:

Kids Kung Fu: This high energy, skills-based class provides children the opportunity to explore their individuality through the development of skills such as teamwork, coordination, self-control, and self-discipline.

Healthy Summer:
This is a program specifically designed with you and your goals in mind. With coaching and small group training, reaching your goals is our focus. 

3 on 3:
With teams for middle schoolers, high schoolers and adults everyone can play in our 3 on 3 basketball league. Games are Monday nights starting 7/2. Don’t have a team of 4? No worries! We will match you up with others who want to play.

Beginner Pilates:
Pilates is a total body workout designed to build endurance, enhance flexibility, and strengthen muscles using carefully selected exercises to help stretch and lengthen the body. This introductory class just may make you fall in love with Pilates.
