GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE
Members have access to over 30 group fitness and Indoor Cycling classes. All you need to do is get to one of our classes and our motivating fitness staff will take care of the rest.
Public swim will now be offered on the FIRST SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH (October to May) from 2:00 – 3:45 pm
Everyone can find time in the pool…open, lap and public swim, volleyball, aqua fitness, swim lessons and swim team.
