GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE

Group exercise classes are available for members. Active members will need to contact the YMCA Welcome Center at 207-324-4942 to reserve a space in any of our Group Cycling classes as class space is limited to the number of bikes available for use. Members can begin calling as early as 24 hours in advance to reserve a space. Reservations will be accepted right up until the start of class. We ask members to recognize the importance of reserving a space and to call and cancel if you are unable to attend.

*NEW Community Swim – First Saturday of each month 2-3:45 pm. Open to non-members at no cost. Participants will need to complete a guest form at the Welcome Center and adhere to the Y’s Pool Policies.
