GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE

Group Exercise classes are available for members. Active members will need to contact the YMCA Welcome Center at 207-324-4942 to reserve a space in the class they are interested in participating in.  Members can begin calling as early as 24 hours in advance to reserve a space. Reservations will be accepted right up until the start of class. We ask members to recognize the importance of reserving a space and to call and cancel if you are unable to attend.  Class space is limited.

Outdoor Classes:
-Please park in the upper parking lot
Bring water to stay hydrated
-Bring your own mat
-Bring your own towel
-Bring sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses if you feel you may need them

POOL SCHEDULE
Download this weeks pool schedule to view available lap swim times.  Swim times are currently by reservation and are accepted 24 hours prior to your visit.  Reservations can be made by contacting the Welcome Center at 207-324-4942.
