The YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program (BPSMP) supports adults with hypertension in lowering and managing their blood pressure. The four-month program focuses on practicing home self-monitoring of blood pressure readings and individualized nutrition education for better blood pressure management.
