Bunganut Lake Park

Bunganut Lake Park is nestled among majestic white pines and runs along the sandy, shallow shores of Bunganut Lake in Lyman, Maine. The park has a large open field for picnics or play, a beach sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits and access to miles of wooded hiking trails. Pine Grove located in Bunganut Lake Park is available for large group rentals. Pine Grove has charcoal grills, a dozen picnic tables, private waterfront, bathroom and parking.

PARK RATES

Lyman Residents:

Daily and season passes are free to Lyman residents.

Non-Lyman Residents:

Day Pass*           $15 ($10 after 4 pm)

Motorcycle/Veterans/Seniors/Walker           $10

5-Day Pass* $60 (must be used within 7 days of purchase)

Season Pass* $75

* Fee is per car. Maximum of 8 people per car. $3/person over 8 people.

PARK SEASON & HOURS

SEASON: The park opens for weekends only starting the weekend after Memorial Day each year.  Opens 7 days a week, the week following the last week of the school year and the park closes for the season after Labor Day each year.

2022 – The park will be open weekends only starting Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 28th, 2022.  The park will be open 7 days a week beginning Saturday, June 18th, 2022.

HOURS: 9 am to the earlier of 8 pm or “dusk”.
